Fileja Calabrian Pasta with chili

The pasta, Fileja Calabrese al Peperoncino, is a type of flavored pasta in a 500g package, prepared according to traditional recipes.

Originally a humble dish, its shape resembles an "elongated screw."

Made with simple ingredients, with the addition of chili pepper, it has a completely original color and flavor.

It is traditionally consumed dry, seasoned with ‘Nduja and salted ricotta, and then spiced up with a good local hot chili pepper or a good Calabrian Pecorino.

This product is handcrafted and dried at low temperatures; bronze-drawn.
